What are the shipping times for your products?

We take two to four days to process your order, and then two to three weeks to deliver it to you.

Do you ship worldwide?

We deliver throughout Europe. In America, we ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Cuba.

Where do we ship your product from?

Our offices are located in Brussels, Belgium.

Do you provide tracking information for products?

Yes, wait for 3 days after your order, and ask us by email at the address globaltrendwarehouse@gmail.com.

Some items are missing from my order, what happens?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. For example, if it contains two items from two different countries, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will likely arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item, what can I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Just send us a picture of the damaged item in question to the email address: globaltrendwarehouse@gmail.com, and we'll send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may encounter with their online items. However, if you still wish to receive a refund for your order, we can certainly process the payment, provided the request is made within 30 days from the order date, and the items in question are not on sale.
